About Us:
We are a fast-growing interior design lead-generation & partnerships agency working with premium interior designers across India. We generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive in Hyderabad to manage client interactions, nurture prospects, and close high-ticket interior design projects (₹12–50 Lakhs+).
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle warm leads generated through our ad campaigns.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
Qualify leads and present the value proposition of working with our designer partners.
Build rapport and trust with homeowners, business owners, and property developers.
Manage WhatsApp, phone, and email communication to nurture leads.
Schedule site visits / design consultations with our partner designers.
Follow up consistently until closure.
Work closely with the partner designer during final negotiation/contract signing.
Requirements:
Based in Hyderabad (preferred) – local market understanding.
Proven sales experience in real estate, interiors, luxury products, or high-ticket services.
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
Strong follow-up discipline and ability to handle objections.
Self-motivated, driven by results (commission-only role).
Compensation:
Commission-only structure.
Earn ₹36,000–₹60,000 per project closed.
Average closer can earn ₹1.8L–₹3L/month with 5 projects.
No cap on earnings – the more you close, the more you earn.
